Job description

Mailroom Services:

  • Receiving and registering external and internal mail, receipt and proof.
  • Parcels delivery to individual departments or employees.
  • Picking up and delivering post from CEITECU, building A 35 and building A22 to individual workplaces including Rector's Office (daily car delivery).
  • Coordination and attendance processing: attendance check for individual CEITEC MU workplaces, possible attendance obligations on the last working day of the month.
  • Possibility to modify changes in attendance before its finalization(absence at all workplaces).
  • Checking incapacity (PN) and family member care (OČR) at the end of the month with Radka Pížová.
  • Completion of attendance of all CEITEC MU groups and handover to CEITECU Human Resources Department.
