PhD candidates at CEITEC PhD School receive a regular net income of 25,000 CZK per month, guaranteed for the standard 4-year study period if they meet study obligations. With good academic performance, this income can increase annually by 1,000 CZK, reaching up to 28,000 CZK in the 4th year.
PhD candidates also have the opportunity to participate in the competition Brno Ph.D. Talent: Each year, several students from the CEITEC PhD School successfully secure substantial additional funding for their research projects.
CEITEC offers an internal funding scheme, the Jaroslav Koča Bridge Fund, for interdisciplinary research projects, supporting collaborative work across scientific fields within CEITEC.
