PhD candidates at CEITEC PhD School receive a regular net income of 25,000 CZK per month, guaranteed for the standard 4-year study period if they meet study obligations. With good academic performance, this income can increase annually by 1,000 CZK, reaching up to 28,000 CZK in the 4th year.
In addition to this guaranteed support, students have several opportunities to secure additional funding:
- Brno Ph.D. Talent: Each year, a number of CEITEC PhD School students are awarded this prestigious grant, which provides substantial extra funding for their research projects.
- Jaroslav Koča Bridge Fund: This internal CEITEC funding scheme supports interdisciplinary research projects and promotes collaboration across different scientific fields.
- Vladimír Sklenář Scholarship: This scholarship is designed to support talented PhD students advancing research in NMR technologies.
