Job description
She is the contact person for dealing with issues of certain workplace:
- setting the wage levels and employee´s work capacity on all the projects according to the provider´s rules (in cooperation with the investigator, project manager/project administrator)
- communication with project investigators about utilization process, new employees, changes of funds of current employees, National Sustainability Program budget breakdown, reward payments etc.
She is also responsible for these activities:
- continuous monitoring of the utilization of the personnel costs budgets and their optimization in the research group
- calculation and preparation of the documents for reallocation of the ineligible wage costs of the projects (according to the project rules)
- creation of the reports and forecasts of the personal costs and preparation of the documents for the partial and final monitoring reports of the projects
- monitoring the risks within the staffing of the project, giving the ideas to minimalize these risks
- preparation of the documents for audits, cooperation on the reporting with financial managers and project administrators
