Consent to the processing of personal data
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), I hereby grant consent to Masaryk University, Žerotínovo nám. 617/9, 601 77 Brno, as the controller of personal data, for a period of five years for the processing of my personal data – name, surname, email address – for the purpose of sending current information from Masaryk University.
I acknowledge that, according to the General Data Protection Regulation, I have the right to:
- Withdraw the granted consent at any time without any sanctions by sending an email to the email address pr@ceitec.muni.cz; a link to revoke consent will be included in every email message sent by the controller.
- Request information from the controller about the personal data being processed, and request a copy of this data.
- Request access to, update, or correct these data, or request their processing to be restricted.
- Request the erasure of my personal data from the controller's records.
