CEITEC Masaryk University and CEITEC Brno University of Technology during the Researchers' Night is visited by over a thousand visitors every year, and we are always very happy to see them all! We were looking forward to visiting our robotic testbed again, touring the laboratories, trying out various experiments and participating in the prepared competitions. This year's theme "Human and Robot" not only commemorates the centenary of the use of the word "robot", which was used by the writer Karel Čapek in the play R.U.R., but also opened up several questions. Is the robot a friend or an enemy? Help or obstacle? How does the robot perceive? With scientists from CEITEC who develop robots, robotic systems and research, we have therefore prepared several videos, virtual tours and activities, thanks to which you will be able to join us this year at least online.
Robots and Factory From the Future
Artificial intelligence, laboratory interconnection and automation. The new factory of the future, which we are building at CEITEC BUT, will operate on the basis of robotic production lines, which can be used by anyone from anywhere in the world.
