The City of Brno wants to cooperate with Masaryk University on the project, "Optimization of responses to the epidemiological threat to Brno" under the call from the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic.
The guarantor of the biological part of the project is Pavel Plevka from CEITEC MU, a successful holder of an ERC grant focused on virology. Pavel Plevka currently speaks very often in the national media about the COVID-19 pandemic and is considered to be an important international expert in virology.
