On the occasion of the CEITEC 10th anniversary (have you wished?), we would like to present you to why our research and work are important and how we have contributed to society.
Meet Eliska Handlirova, the Head of the Director's Office. Her task is to provide support for the activities of the director and bodies of the institute, such as the scientific council. Coordinating the preparation and implementation of the strategic plan is also her agenda as well as the internal legislation of the institute. In addition, she coordinates the implementation of the HR Award and also focuses on equal opportunities. According to her, the success of CEITEC is a matter of selecting and supporting the right people. Thanks to the HR Award certification, we can change working conditions and internal culture for the better.
