- CEITEC PhD School – promotion, admission, events and training
- Collection and publishing of dissertation topics
- Admission process coordination
- Organisation of workshops, trainings, events for PhD candidates (Life after PhD, Company Visits, Welcome&Info PhD Day, Info Session for applicants, CEITEC PhD School Conference)
- Soft skills courses coordination
- Course schedule coordination (in cooperation with Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Science)
- Liaison with the Office for Doctoral Studies at the Faculty of Science and Faculty of Medicine, and the Research and Development Office of the Rectorate
- Promotion of CEITEC PhD school in liaison with the PR team
- Administration of the CEITEC PhD School website and the CEITEC Training portal
- CORE courses support
- Information and consultation services
