- Admission process coordination
- Collection and publishing of dissertation topics
- Course schedule coordination (in cooperation with Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Science)
- Administration of scholarships
- Coordination of state doctoral exams and thesis defences
- Liaison with the Office for Doctoral Studies, Quality, Academic Affairs, and Internationalization of the Faculty of Science and Faculty of Medicine, and the Research and Development Office of the Rectorate
- Administration of the CEITEC PhD School website
- Information and consultation services
