Description:
Inverted microscope Zeiss Axio Observer with laser scanning unit LSM 880. Microscope disposes solid state lasers - 405, 561, 594 and 633 nm and argon laser - 455, 488, 514 nm. For detection of fluorescence signal in confocal mode there are two PMT detectors, 32 channel spectral GaAsP detector and Airyscan Fast detector and T-PMT for transmission light detection.
Lasers: 405, 458, 488, 514, 561, 594, 640 nm.
Detectors: 2 x PMT detectors, 1 x GaAsp PMT spectral detector, 32-channels Airyscan detector, T-PMT detector.
Filters for Airyscan: BP420-480 + LP 605, BP465-505 + LP 525, BP495-550 + LP 570, BP555-620 + LP 645, BP420-480 + BP 495-550, BP420-445 + BP 465-505.
