Please accept our invitation to an internal seminar on the HR Award (HR Excellence in Research Award). Our institute was awarded this label of quality in HR management this year in January.
- What does it bring to you as an employee?
- What are the practical effects that all of us can see, touch or experience?
- Could I shape the Institute’s HR policies and procedures in any way?
The seminar will NOT be about boring information on the implementation process and formal documents.
All employees are welcome. We will be glad if a mixture of researchers, technicians, and administrative staff will come, raise questions and have a discussion with us about this topic!
