Enrolment

Students who are accepted in the main admission start PhD studies in the Autumn semester (September), students accepted in the additional admission start PhD studies in the Spring semester (February). See the admission schedule here.

Czech and Slovak candidates accepted in the main admission receive the enrolment invitation by May and should follow the instructions provided in the invitation document. In additional admission, the enrolment invitation is sent by January.

Enrolment for international students is handled individually, requiring the acknowledgment of their previous education. Some students may also need to secure a visa. The support for foreign students is provided by our Welcome Office.
